Asbestos Encapsulation

Not all asbestos has to come out. Where material is in good condition and unlikely to be disturbed, encapsulating it — sealing the surface so fibres cannot be released — is often the safest and most cost-effective option, and it is the approach the regulations encourage where suitable.

We assess the material, encapsulate it with the correct sealants and give you a record of what was treated, so it can be safely managed and reviewed over time.
