Asbestos Testing & Surveys

You cannot tell whether a material contains asbestos just by looking at it — it has to be sampled and tested. A survey identifies what is present, where it is and what condition it is in, so you can manage it safely or plan removal.

We carry out management surveys for properties that are staying in use, and the more intrusive refurbishment & demolition surveys that are a legal requirement before building or demolition work. Samples are sent to a UKAS-accredited laboratory and you receive a clear report with a register of materials, risk ratings and recommendations.
