Asbestos was used in thousands of building products until 1999 — insulation board, pipe lagging, cement sheeting, floor tiles, textured coatings and more. Disturbed or damaged, those materials release fibres that are dangerous to breathe.
We remove asbestos-containing materials from domestic and commercial properties under fully controlled conditions: the work area is sealed and signed, fibres are kept suppressed, and our UKATA-trained operatives work in the correct RPE and disposable coveralls throughout. Notifiable Non-Licensed Work (NNLW) is notified to the HSE where required.
When the work is finished the area is cleaned, visually inspected and — where needed — air-tested before we hand it back. You receive the waste consignment notes and a clear record of exactly what was removed.
